When Life Gets Tough...
Today marks one month and 3 days since I lost my sweet daddy. He was an AMAZING man, full of life and laughter. He'd had a bad heart for many years, and ironically, an unknown urinary infection sent him into full septic shock. Most of his organs recovered, but sadly, his heart could not. After just 3 and a half weeks, my daddy took his last breath. These last weeks have taught me so many things, and I just felt like sharing. 1) Life, of course, is not guaranteed, and we need to make the most of EVERY moment we are...

A Little Bit More About Us, and Where We Are Headed
Anyone who knows me, knows I DO NOT like my picture being taken! I attribute that to disliking my figure after having five kids, and I just don't feel I've aged very well. As I research more and more about successful business practices, I have discovered that people want to know YOU. They want to see what you look like, and they just want to feel like they know you. As 2016 begins, we here at Crystal Bay Designs have been hard at work trying to decide the best direction for our company. In February of last year (2015), one of our founders lost his "day job", and started working at CBD full time.
