Founded in 2011 by Erica and Kevin Ryan, Crystal Bay Designs has grown into a full service website!  Started in a home office, CBD began as a small vinyl decal and rhinestone transfer company. We opened a retail location from 2018-2020, but are now back to online-only.  We carry an extensive inventory, and get new product shipments in almost weekly!
