Do you offer returns?
We are a small, family run business and cannot absorb returns the way a big box store can. Therefore, we do not except returns. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll get back to you with a resolution as quickly as possible.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
We do not offer wholesale pricing at this time. Please be sure to sign up for our newsletter, so you can be the first to know about any sales or promotions!
Do you do custom orders/items?
As we are just the distributor, not the manufacturer, we cannot create custom orders/items?
What is the size/quantity I'll be receiving in my order?
All pertinent item information can be found in the description, including materials the item is made from, as well as any size or quantity information.
I live in the Houston area - can I just pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pickups. We have our family and grandkids here, so we prefer to keep everyone safe by not having visitors pick up their orders. We ship SUPER quickly though, so most local orders arrive in just day or two!
