How do I get FREE shipping?

Simply place $100 worth of products in your shopping cart (pre-tax), and your order will qualify for FREE domestic shipping!  PLEASE NOTE - on free shipping orders, we reserve the right to ship your order with the carrier of our choice (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX).  Free shipping is GROUND shipping, so it may take a few extra days to arrive.  If you need your order faster, please select and pay for a faster shipping service.

What are your shipping rates?

Now that we have added vinyl to our product lineup, we have changed our shipping rates to a flat rate.  For purchases over $100, your items ship free.  PLEASE NOTE - for orders weighing less than 16 oz, your item will ship usps first class mail.  Items weighing over 16 oz will ship either usps priority, or ups ground.  We no longer offer express (overnight) shipping.

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship orders just as quickly as possible!  MOST vinyl orders that are placed before 10 am CST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day.  If your order contains rhinestone transfers, it will ship in 1-2 working days (working days do not include Saturday or Sunday).  Sheet vinyl is already cut and ready - rhinestone transfers are made to order.

Can I add to my order once it has been submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be added to or changed in any way.  We process many orders, and do not have the opportunity to alter orders once they've been placed.

Can I pay extra for a rush rhinestone transfer order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a rush option for rhinestone transfers.  We fill orders as they are received, so we do not feel it is fair to put one order above another.  We will fill your order just as fast as our machines can run, have no fear!

What shipping carrier(s) do you use?

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) for deliveries inside the United States.

When will my items arrive?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when your items will arrive, we can only guarantee when we will ship them.  We offer first class, priority, and overnight shipping services, but these services DO NOT include any imposed handling times.  We ship from TX, so most items arrive within 5 business days for regular ground shipping. 

First Class - typically arrives in 3-5 business days

Priority - typically arrives in 2-3 business day

Express - USPS guarantees delivery in 1-2 business days

What if I have a problem with my order?

We always strive to provide quality products with accuracy and speed - it's what we're known for!  If you have ANY questions or concerns about your order, please shoot us an email at info@crystalbaydesigns.com, and we will get back to you during normal business hours.  Please note we have a small staff, so we will answer your questions just as quickly as possible!

Tracking shows my order was delivered, but I don't have it?

Once an order has been picked up by the post office, we no longer have control over the package.  If you have any tracking or delivery issues, please contact the USPS.  If your package shows delivered but you don't have it, they can file a claim for you, and try to locate your item using the GPS coordinates from the delivery.  You can contact them at 1-800-ASK-USPS, or online at usps.com.
