PLEASE NOTE - WE HAVE ADDED A STORE PICKUP OPTION FOR THOSE THAT ARE LOCAL TO OUR STORE. IF YOU CHOOSE THE STORE PICKUP OPTION, AND YOU ARE NOT LOCAL, YOUR ORDER WILL BE INVOICED FOR SHIPPING. IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE INVOICE, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. PLEASE do not choose this option if you are not local. We ONLY charge the exact rate the USPS charges us - we do not make money on shipping charges. We also strive to keep our prices low, so we do not build "free" shipping into our prices. We ship every working day, Monday through Friday. Due to the fact that every single item we sell is handmade by us, it can take up to three business days to prepare your order for shipping. We always strive to fill orders as quickly as possible, but we process hundreds of items weekly. Please allow for 3 business days handling time when choosing your shipping service (in ADDITION to the delivery times posted).
We offer three shipping services with the United States Postal Service (USPS):
- First Class - takes 3-5 business days, includes tracking
- Priority - takes 1-3 business days, includes tracking
- Express - takes 1-2 business days, includes tracking, USPS offers money back guarantee if not delivered within shipping window
The shipping service you select DOES NOT include handling time - i.e. if you purchase express shipping, your item will take 1-2 business days to arrive AFTER it has been shipped. Handling time is always up to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated. We do NOT offer rush orders, as we do not feel it is fair to others who ordered before you.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the post office. The USPS offers $50 FREE insurance for priority and express packages - shipping insurance on first class is not offered at this time. If you want your package to have this insurance, please select priority or express.
The post office is typically very fast and efficient, but occasionally packages end up in the system longer than they should, OR are mis-delivered. If you have questions about where your package is after it has been shipped, or it shows delivered and you do not have it, please contact the USPS. We do not have any more information than you do, and cannot locate your package, but the USPS can.
