We do NOT offer returns or exchanges on merchandise, only store credit.
We are a small, family run business, and we do not have the ability to absorb returns the way a big box store does. If your product is damaged or defective in any way, we will replace your item once we have either received it back (at our expense) and can verify the damage, or we receive photos documenting the issue.
If you purchase an apparel item that does not fit, you can either exchange your UNWORN item, or we will give you a store credit. PLEASE be sure to pay attention to the sizing charts we provide in each product description to help you decide what size you need. We try to advise how they fit based on customer feedback, however, we STRONGLY recommend following the manufacturer sizing!
If you wish to exchange your item or return for store credit, shipping the item back with tracking is YOUR responsibility! If you are exchanging an item due to an issue we did not cause (i.e. you don't like it or it doesn't fit), you will also be responsible for the shipping charges for the exchanged item.
